The authorities said it is searching at enforcing as a minimum four amnesty measures in its proposed comprehensive tax reform package (CTRP), in keeping with the Department of Finance (DOF).
The amnesty software covers property taxes, property taxes, normal taxes which include profits tax and fee- delivered (VAT) tax, and tax cases.
The aim is to deliver extra taxpayers again into the device and sooner or later generate more revenues for the government.
“We are thinking of four tax amnesty: Real estate tax, estate taxes, normal taxes and tax cases,” Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd instructed contributors to the Philippine Tax Congress overdue Wednesday.
